Mango (Mangifera indica), member of the cashew family (Anacardiaceae), one of the most important and widely cultivated fruits of the tropical world and the tree on which it grows, considered indigenous to eastern Asia, Myanmar (Burma), and Assam state of India.

 

Mango leaf extract contains a lot of glucosides, such as Mangiferin, Isomangiferin, Neomangiferin, Homomangiferin etc. The Mangiferin is most and key active ingredient in these glucosides. Mangiferin is extracted from the mango leaves. It will contains a very little quantity of Isomangiferin, Neomangiferin, Homomangiferin etc..
